As we will not be able to hold our annual Conference at Cambridge this year, we will be arranging a number of online lectures over September and October.
Karishma Paroha will give a presentation on Smart Medical Devices and Service Apps: Risks and Liabilities.
Karishma Paroha is a Senior Associate at Kennedys. She has wide-ranging experience in handling product liability matters, often focused on consumer product claims and claims emanating from the pharmaceutical industry. She has extensive experience in handling of group actions and advises on strategy in relation to the conduct of and defending complex multi-party litigation, cross-border liabilities and multi-jurisdictional issues at national and international levels. Her special expertise includes complex product liability, product recalls, medical devices, including smart medical devices and service apps, clinical trials and contractual claims and disputes.
The presentation starts at 3.30pm and will last for about an hour.
There is no fee involved in attending this lecture but as places are limited, anyone booking a place is expected to attend.
