Description:

This is the 23rd Conference arranged with support from the Professional Indemnity Forum.  The event will cover a wide number of topics including:

• A review of the past and expectations for the future
• International coverage and legal developments
• Developments in and legal decisions on policy wordings
• Emerging issues facing the market, in particular with regard to construction professionals
• Developments in individual professions - regulation, liabilities and coverage
• Significant legal decisions that are impacting on the professions' exposures

 

Following presentations, time is set aside for delegates to discuss points and there will be opportunities for participation in a Symposium to raise further issues.
