Description:

The Course will provide a comprehensive practical insight into the custom and practice of reinsurance auditing. Legal principles and theoretical approaches will be explained within the context of illustrative test cases drawn from real life scenarios. This is a course designed principally but not exclusively for industry technicians or lawyers involved directly or indirectly with inwards claims, reinsurance auditing or the collection of complex disputed reinsurance business. The course is intended for those with at least three years reinsurance experience.
