This course explains Property Risk Excess of Loss Reinsurance as used in the International Reinsurance Market. It is the first part of a 2 day course but can be taken as a stand alone course. It explains the differences between Property and Catastrophe X/L and the reasons why this type of reinsurance is purchased.
